King Fish Communication, Inc.(hereinafter, Kingfish) recognizes the importance of private information, (information which can identify individual)assures the proper collection, utilization and protection in order to manage it safely. Kingfish treats each client’s privacy with the utmost care, as outlined below.

Kingfish decides private information protective norm and employee (the official, the employee, the dispatched employee, part-timer and the external cooperator) observes it and manages private information properly.

Kingfish decides private information manager and make private information management structure is effective.

Kingfish clearly specifies the purpose of the collection of personal information and limits the collected information to the minimum amount required for providing services.

Kingfish does not disclose the personal information of clients to any third party by anyway without the client’s consent. However, when the disclosure of personal information is required in compliance with laws applicable to Kingfish, we may comply with such requests.

Kingfish keeps private information with proper method and in necessary period. Furthermore, we abolish it without leakage after such period.

Kingfish may disclose personal information to affiliates, partner companies and subcontractors that have concluded confidentiality agreements with us. Even in such cases, we ensures that all applicable rules related to personal information protection are complied with and properly managed in the same manner as our own services by mandating that such third party adhere to a privacy clause in its contract with Kingfish.

Kingfish provides the client the information in the extent possible in a reasonable time frame, when a client requests the disclosure of his or her own personal information.

Kingfish enlightens the contents of each section to our employee. Furthermore, we do necessary measure for protecting the private information and continuously endeavor for improvement.
