mapeer - copyright policy

KingFish Communication, Inc. (hereinafter, the "Kingfish" ) does not permit violation or illegal use of copyright, publicity, right of trade-mark and the right which is protected by law of the third parties. Also, Kingfish does not permit violation or illegal use against the law of Japan and of the countries or areas where the users live.
Kingfish does not insist infringement of rights to the users if you appropriately follow the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy that Kingfish provides. However, it is not applicable when the users trespass these rules. Therefore, the users are required to agree with and protect the rule by all means.
There are main component of mapeer as indicated below. Kingfish generically call them "contents".
- The contents, that were provided with permission by the business partners of Kingfish, such as trade name, service name, enterprise information, commodity information, service information, celebrity information, picture, video, program source code, article, document, news and other data and these aggregation.
- The contents that the users collect, record, author, photograph, compile and publish(includes upload), “the picture”, “the article”, “the document”, “news”, “the private information”, other data and these aggregation.
- Not only the contents which include description above, but also the contents which are not limited in these terms as all components. The contents above includes copyright, publicity, right of trade-mark and the right which is protected by law of the third parties. Therefore, you understand that there is the possibility of infringing the right of the third parties except the contents that mapeer clearly licenses.
There are some contents which use the license of Creative Commons in mapeer. There are conditions below in the licenses of Creative Commons which are used inside mapeer.
Attribution :
The author or licensor permits that the other people duplicate distribute, display and perform the work. The acceptant of the license must indicate the credit of the authors or licensors instead.
Noncommercial :
You can not use this work for commercial purposes.
Share Alike :
The author or licensor permits to distribute the resulting secondary work reproduction only under the same or similar license to this one.
When the users offer contents in mapeer (regardless of purpose and method), the users permit Kingfish and general public any utilization of their contents without setting of condition. The users accept unconditional agreement that the general public uses the contents for public transmission possible conversion, public transmission, adaptation, alteration, modification, correction and processing etc. Furthermore, the users agree with not to wield his/her own literary work personality right.
When the users offer contents in mapeer (regardless of purpose and method), the users guarantee that those contents do not violate the right of the third parties. Kingfish does not have any responsibility if the particular contents infringing the right of the third parties realistically. You agree with handling the dispute by your own responsibility. Also, Kingfish considers that the users agree with those terms in advance.
This Copyright Policy could be modified, corrected and reorganized without announcement in advance. In this case, the users beforehand agree with being applied to the user, at the point in time when it is modified, corrected and reorganized, without notice period.
